Expiration of reservation:
| 1. Reservation: | Please make your Registration by email with our booking form >>> we will send you an Reservation confirmation / invoice |
| 2. Pre-payment: | Pre-payment: please make a payment about 10 % of the total price (one week after invoicing) |
| 3. Payment of balance: | 90 % of the total price payable at the Lodge on arrival (we do accept Credit Cards from Master or Visa) |
| 4. Voucher : | we will send you an email >>> dispatch of the Vouchers |
Payment Conditions:
We reserve the right to withdraw the reservation should the invoice not paid prior arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations of reservations must be by letter, fax or e-mail and must be recieved by the reservation department 18 days before arrival date. The Lazare Lodge concerned hold the option to charge the following as terms of cancellation:
18 - 10 days: 50 % on BB-basis
Less than 10 days & "No shows" 100 % on BB-basis.
